Red Oak Real Estate Fund I, LP Subsequent closing

Red Oak Real Estate Fund I, LP (“The Fund”) has the ability to raise up to $5,000,000 in LP equity, with a minimum target raise of $3,100,000.  In June of 2023, the Fund completed the initial closing of $1,195,000 of LP equity and is currently aiming to secure, at minimum, an additional $1,905,000 in LP equity.  The equity from the initial closing was used to acquire 100% of ROC MGT, LLC (“the Company”), pay down current liabilities and provide operating capital for renovations.  The $1,905,000 raised in the subsequent closing will fully capitalize the Company and provide the dry powder necessary to complete the stabilization of the remainder of Single-Family Rentals (“SFR”) owned by the Company.

 

Jefferson Opportunity Zone Fund 1, LLC

The target site is Jefferson Inn & Suites, situated on Jefferson Highway in Jefferson, LA. The property occupies approximately 0.82 acres and consists of four separate buildings, totaling around 29,775 square feet. The site is strategically located between Ochsner Hospital, which is about 1.2 miles or 4 minutes away, and Elmwood Shopping Center, roughly 2 miles or 6 minutes away.​
