Coming Soon - Jefferson Suites

This site is located just over a mile away from Ochsner Hospital.

  • Our intention is to repurpose this building as a Mixed-Use development comprised of the following Unit Mix:

    • 45 Total Units - 21 Studio Suites/24 One Bedroom Suites. Will have mix of annual leases and short-term flexible leases

    • 2 Story Metal Building - will repurpose into 2 Retail NNN Suites, lobby for residents, and laundry usage for our vacation rental properties

  • Parish Property Management (a division of Genard Company) will operate and manage the facility. We will provide onsite management during lease-up and possibly a permanent office location for its employees. The multi-family units will be a combination of furnished and unfurnished units with a mixture of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Annual terms. There is a strong demand in the marketplace for flexible term leases for professionals who do not want to commit to the standard 1-year lease. These tenants are a mixture of healthcare professionals, travel nurses, and the trending remote workforce.
